Effective January 1, 2011 the minimum liability requirements in Texas will increase to $30,000/$60,000/$25,000. While these are the minimum requirements, it is highly advised that you carry more than the minimum limits (it doesn't really cost that much more to be properly protected). If you're not sure what your limits are or what this even means, give us a call and we'd be glad to explain in simple terms.
